It uses an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor, a GeForce RTX 5050 8GB GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 16-inch WUXGA 180Hz display with 100% sRGB color coverage.
When higher image quality and resolution are required, the Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-I31-72XE) retains the same CPU and RAM but upgrades the GPU to a GeForce RTX 5060 8GB. The screen also switches to WQXGA 2560 x 1600, providing a wider display area for both gaming and creative work on a gaming laptop.
At its highest configuration, the Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-I31-91K5) is equipped with an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor paired with a GeForce RTX 5070 8GB graphics card. It also features 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 180Hz WQXGA IPS display with 100% sRGB. This configuration is geared towards gaming laptop users who frequently work with demanding games, content creation, or other resource-intensive tasks.

2-Year VIP 3S1 Warranty Policy
Acer's 2-year 3S1 fast warranty policy, unique in Vietnam, applies to gaming laptops like the Predator Helios Neo 16. The laptop will be inspected, repaired, and returned to the customer within a short period: 3 days (72 hours), including Saturdays and Sundays. If the repair is not completed within 3 days of receiving the product, the customer will receive a new product of the same or equivalent type (1-for-1 exchange).
